TCM students desire to more effectively use their talents and abilities to make significant contributions wherever they serve. To help them more effectively serve, TCM has designed a curriculum drawn from a variety of disciplines such as Leadership and Management, Communication, Counseling and Psychology, Education, Theology, and more. Students come from and serve in a broad spectrum of disciplines and professions.
TCM is a Higher Education Institution with four divisions.
- Micro Credentialing. TCM is currently in process of obtaining accreditation to be a recognized micro credential provider in the European Union. A variety of awards will be offered to serve constituents who seek nonformal and formal training.
- Certificate Studies. Certificates in a variety of areas are offered for students who desire deeper training but may not have the time or need for degree study.
- Graduate Studies. Two Master degrees are offered for students who need state accredited credentials which can be used for professional advancement and further studies.
- Advanced Leadership Program Studies. In partnership with the Institut zur Erforschung des Urchristentums at Tubingen University, TCM provides doctoral colloquia, symposia, and research residencies for PhD students. In partnership with the Facultatea de Teologie Baptistă, Universitatea din București in Romania, TCM provides doctoral colloquia, conferences, research residencies, and supervision for PhD students.
