If you paid your fee in cash to your site coordinator it may take some time to process the transaction. The best way to learn Moodle is learning by doing. Please email your questions to us or submit a “report form” in Moodle.

A TCMI.edu user account allows us to guarantee you more privacy and security, also having a .edu email address allows you to benefit from reduced costs to software, books and services.  It is also required by internal and external rules.

If you are trying to access a restricted TCM file or folder and get to the Request Permission screen, that means that you are signed with a different Google account or your default account is not your tcmi.edu account.

2. If your tcmi.edu account is not in the list CLICK “Sign in to another account”

3. Please put your entire “user@tcmi.edu” address and password and “Sing in”
