Most of the library resources are in English, but there are also many materials in Russian, Romanian, Hungarian, Polish, Czech, and Bulgarian. The library constantly purchases more print and electronic books in other languages, so if you have suggestions of which books we should buy please send an e-mail to library@tcmi.edu or submit a purchase suggestion through the library catalog.

TCM has purchased more than 1.500 ebooks in English and subscribes to several electronic journal collections. TCM students can also benefit from the Russian language materials of the EAAA Online Library. All of these are accessible from anywhere in the world.

The passwords and explanations for using library resources, print and electronic, can be obtained from library@tcmi.edu.

  • Each course on Moodle has a section called Reading resources. It lists required and recommended readings in English and your own language. If only possible, the library tries to find electronic versions of these titles and make links from Moodle to them. Not all books can be found in electronic form, in such and other cases you can still contact library@tcmi.edu for help and we will suggest ways how you can anyway find enough quality readings for your course.
  • The library has good scanning possibilities and will scan and e-mail you materials which you need, in the limits of Copyright (a journal article, a chapter from a book). We can also obtain materials, which we don’t have, through InterLibrary Loan and e-mail them to you.
